- • You'll actually talk to someone who writes code. We're a small team, so there's no support script or escalation process. You get us directly.
- • We won't pretend to know everything. If something's broken or missing, we'll tell you. If we can fix it fast, we will. If it's on the roadmap, we'll let you know when.
- • We care about your feedback. Seriously. Half the features we build come from user suggestions. If you have an idea, share it.
